- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly (or yearly at a discount) and you can cancel anytime — your listing reverts to a free Claimed listing, it doesn't disappear.
- Does upgrading guarantee leads or a higher ranking?
- No. We don't guarantee leads, calls, or customers, and paid plans never change your position in organic search results. Featured placements are a separate, clearly labeled section — never blended into organic rankings.
- Who reviews my listing changes?
- An admin reviews claims and listing edits before they go live, to keep information accurate and consistent with our listing policy.
